COTTAGE INDUSTRY ALPACA BREEDERS ASSOCIATION (CIABA).
This association's mission is to promote the cottage industry, the fiber and alpacas that are not recognized in the "Show" arena niche.
Our beautiful alpaca fiber is a valuable commodity in the American economy and should be recognized as such, regardless of it's origin; multi ribboned show alpaca or simply our beloved pet. But, most important it is an American commodity and should be developed and recognized for it's attributes no matter the source and processed here in the USA.
